Publish Spark offers book publishing-related services including but not limited to: manuscript evaluation, editing (developmental, line, copy), ghostwriting, cover design, interior formatting, publishing consultation, and distribution guidance. Specific service offerings and deliverables are outlined in service agreements or project proposals.
You retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property in your manuscript, book, and related materials. Publish Spark does not claim any ownership rights in your work. Any materials we create for you (such as edited manuscripts, design concepts, or formatting files) are considered "work for hire" and assigned to you upon full payment.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or project proposals. A deposit may be required to commence work. Final deliverables are provided upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
Details on revision policies and refunds are outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, we offer a set number of revision rounds included in service fees; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Publish Spark treats all client materials and information as confidential. We will not disclose, use, or publish your work without your explicit written permission, except as required by law.
Publish Spark’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Publish Spark reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
